What is the purpose of this site?
Why would a viewer use it?
This site has a two-fold purpose.
1st: It is a learn-by-doing web site for Frank to become acquainted with FrontPage
2nd: It will present Frank's reviews of computer-related books and software generated for the NJPCUG
Who is Frank and why should anyone care?
Frank is a retired guy from Ridgewood NJ who has adopted his computer as a hobby, and has joined NJPCUG to expand his computer capabilities. .
His reviews reflect the experience of a home-user without any special computer training, but who is using a wide array of programs. As a result his reviews may be of interest to other similar computer users - and to others interested in the books or the software.

What are these reviews about?
NJPCUG obtains software and computer-related books and makes them available to members for free, subject to the writing of a review that is published in the Newsletter and disseminated to the membership. Information on items currently available for review also can be found at .the web site.

Frank's reviews have been published in the Newsletter and are included on this web site.
By developing and publishing this web site Frank is learning how to use FrontPage. The navigation structure and, particularly, the graphics, may be overdone - but they let me explore the program's capabilities.
[Some of the pages have rather garish color combinations. I have kept these to show how the program's power can easily be mis-used. Bear with me on these pages.]
